Goals and objective

Fynde isn’t a traditional recruitment firm. They’re a global executive and management search consultancy partnering with ambitious brands to build leadership teams across fashion, retail, packaging, and e-commerce. At its core, Fynde believes recruitment should feel inspiring rather than transactional – connecting forward-thinking companies with exceptional talent based on shared values and potential.

The previous brand and website no longer reflected their ambition; the new identity and digital experience were designed to do just that.

Our solution

Studio Blue developed a refreshed visual identity and website that capture Fynde’s bold, people-focused approach. The new design blends editorial minimalism with a sense of energy and optimism through clean layouts, generous spacing, and subtle motion.

Rather than starting from scratch, we built on the foundation of their existing brand – retaining core colors to ensure continuity, but refining and refreshing the palette for better balance, contrast, and digital usability.

The logo was also reimagined. The previous mark, shaped like a location arrow, felt a bit literal for a brand that’s about people and potential. The new symbol takes a more sophisticated approach, still rooted in connection and direction, but expressed in a subtle, modern way that captures the idea of movement and relationships.

Photography and tone of voice were refined to feel authentic and editorial, moving away from recruitment clichés toward a more human and inspiring aesthetic. On the website, thoughtful content structure and interaction design guide both talent and companies through a seamless experience — balancing trust, aspiration, and simplicity.

With its new identity, Fynde continues to connect top talent with inspiring companies – now with a visual language that truly reflects its vision and values.
