Design work is handled one task at a time to maintain focus and quality. Most tasks are delivered within 48 hours, with ongoing iteration and refinement as part of the process.

This is design as infrastructure; steady, responsive, and always there.

Frequently asked questions

After your first payment, you’ll receive an invitation to a shared design board.

This board is your central workspace. From there, you can upload brand assets such as logos, icons, brand guidelines, and anything else we should be aware of. You’ll also see a clear, practical example of how to submit a design request – so it’s easy to get started right away.

Most clients are up and running within minutes. If anything feels unclear or you run into questions, you can always reach out and we’ll help you get set up.

The subscription covers a wide range of ongoing design needs, including:

  • Landing pages & website design
  • UI / UX improvements
  • Social media assets
  • Campaign visuals & ads
  • Presentations & pitch decks
  • Brand systems, templates & refinements

Everything is delivered in ready-to-use formats, tailored to your brand.

Turnaround depends on the complexity of the request, but most tasks are delivered within 2 business days.

We work through requests one at a time, starting with the highest priority.
Larger or more complex tasks may be broken down into smaller steps to keep progress moving.

We primarily work in:

  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Final files are always delivered in formats that are easy for your team to use, share, or continue working with. If delivery is required in any specific format such as ppt – simply add it as a note to the relevant card.

All design requests are submitted through Trello.

You can share briefs as written notes, Google Docs, wireframes, or Loom videos – whatever helps you communicate clearly.
If it can be linked to or uploaded in Trello, it works for us.

No problem.

Revisions are included as part of the subscription.
You can leave feedback directly in Trello or in the design file, and we’ll iterate until it meets the brief.

Studio Blue does not offer the following types of design services: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (including medical forms), complex packaging, advanced video editing and extensive print design projects (such as magazines and books).

Our expertise lies in Branding, Creative Direction, UI/UX design, product design, advertising materials, social media templates, print design, banners, and more. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have more questions in regards to what we could help you with. 

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

That said, there are no long-term commitments; you’re free to pause or cancel if it’s not the right fit.

You can use our subscription for as long as you’d like and can cancel anytime. There are no hidden fees or penalties for cancelation; the subscription will simply not renew from the following month. Should you decide to pause or cancel the subscription, simply let us know and its done.

All communication and design requests live in Trello. You submit tasks, set priorities, and we handle execution.

No unnecessary meetings. No Slack threads. No email back-and-forth.
Feedback and revisions are added directly to the relevant card.

You always have full visibility into what’s:

You’ll be working with one designer to ensure everything runs smoothly and we understand your workflow. This way, you’ll always know the status of your project and when to expect it, no guesswork needed.

We’re flexible with communication and will check in as often as you prefer. Typically, we recommend a quick meeting every other week to review progress, upcoming tasks, and deadlines.
