You’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
We recognize that you might not always have a steady stream of design needs to keep you busy throughout the month. It’s possible that you currently have just one or two design tasks. This is precisely why the option to pause your subscription can be beneficial.
Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day schedule. Imagine you subscribe and utilize our services for 21 days before choosing to pause your subscription. In doing so, your billing cycle is halted, preserving the remaining 10 days of service, which you can use whenever you need in the future.
Most requests are designed using Adobe CC or / and Figma.
Studio Blue provides extensive flexibility in how you submit your design requests through Trello. Clients commonly request designs by directly using Trello, sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even by recording a brief Loom video for those who’d rather not write out their briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared on Trello, it’s acceptable.
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied. Simply add your comment / requests or changes to the active trello request.
Studio Blue does not offer the following types of design services: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (including medical forms), complex packaging, advances video editing and extensive print design projects (such as magazines and books).

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
